We strive to do right what our clients want—quality work at a value. This means following standard construction practices, manufacturers’ recommendations and building code requirements. This also means carrying liability and workman’s compensation insurance. Code requirements and permit requirements vary from city to city and change from time to time in the same city. We typically obtain permits and inspections if they are required. There are major variations throughout the metropolitan area and among clients in this regard. Clients make the final determination. We have learned this from our experience with nearly a thousand projects over many years in the following jurisdictions.
